Not sure whats up... (CEL - fuel evaporation code)

Not sure whats up...
My CEL came on so I went to the dealer and to have it checked out and thought to be fixed. They said it was a code for fuel evaporation and said it could have the gas cap (but I know the seals are fine and that I know how to put on a gas cap) They cleared the code and I was on my way. A few weeks later the light came back on and I have yet to go back in for it but have called them. Does any one know what can make Fuel Evaporation code come up? Any help would be great.

Ya GOTTA screw the gas cap on until it 'CLICKS' at least 5---FIVE- times......got it....5 clicks.....or you will get that code.
