maintenance on a 40,000 engine

Hey every one, got a question about what should be done maintenance wise to my car. I have a 04 STI with a newer block that has 40,000 miles on it I want to know aside from the fuel filter, and diff oil. if there is anything else I should be replacing.

BTW the car has been tuned, but I rarely ever go above 10 psi (this car has to last) so Im not sure about spark plugs.

but if any one could give me a little info on what else should be replaced the help would be much appreciated

I would imagine you'd still want to follow the basic 30/60/90k services on the motor.
How many miles does the body have?
