Hey guys, I just got my engine scanned and i think i shouldn't have. Please explain to me how this can happen, and i'll also post the codes too so you can tell me what do do about them.

First of all the guy comes out (looked like he had no idea what he was doing), and hooks up the doo dad. I have a 95 Impreza L AWD 2.2, is this OBD I or II? Anyways, So he hooks it up, checks the codes, they print inside, and i ask him if he could clear them for me. So he attempts to clear them. The thing says they did but I dont think he did it right. I got in my car and went to start it, it barely wanted to start, and then when it did it almost stalled. It was about to stall and i gave it gas and it seemed okay, i shut it off and restarted it and it started to get better.

Why exactly did it do that? Perhaps the ecu just trying to learn things again? It's starting okay now, but i'm just hoping the guy didnt royally poop on my car. The check engine light is still on so obviously something wasn't right there.

Codes that came up (He did a Global OBDII search for these, so if I dont have OBDII then i guess these are not accurate.):

p1101 - Neutral Position Switch Something or another.
Manfacurer Contrl. << ?
Fuel Air Metering << Gas Cap?
