installing new injectors..can i drive 400 miles to get it retuned

Probably it is not a good idea to run on bigger injectors cause you'll probably run rich. Basically if you don't floor it and are willing to pay the high gas prices for the extra gas, your car should be fine on the highway.

You'll be fine...just stay out of boost as much as possible.

disconnect the waste gate actuator arm so you get no boost.
