Nologys are good if you are using a TECII or III with their 60-tooth crank angle sensor so you can ultra-fine tune the timing. Otherewise, they're pretty expensive for minor gains. Iridium and platinum plugs aren't for performance engines though- they don't have as hot and intense a spark, but they last forever. They are intended for commuter-type engines. Get the standard cheap NGK coppers. Best spark, just change them every 20-25k or so.
