What exactly is in this "kit" for the WRX. I already have the BOV from my previous car, what type of flange and other hardware do I need for this? I tried search, no luck.

Any type of BOV kit should come with all of the fittings that you need, including flange.

 

my bov was made for a Jetta 1.8T, so no, it does not come with the flange needed.

I recommend wrxhookup.com. Even if they don't have the flange on their website, they probably have it in stock. I assume you want to vent this to atmosphere?

Yeah I do, I need to know specifically what parts to order so I can do this. If I need a flange doesnt it have to be welded on to the piping? More specifically, what flange part is it...

It's a very simple piece. Just a thin piece of metal triangularly shaped, with holes cut for air from the IC, and the 2 12mm bolts. I bought a sheet of ungalvanized steel and just traced the shape of the stock flange, and cut it out. The BOV welds onto the flange, which bolts onto the IC. You can even use your original gasket, just be careful not to bend it. Good Luck man.
