Electronically Limited

Can anyone tell me what i could get to increase the top end? The WRX tops out at 130mph, but it is electronically limited. What is something cheap i could do to make it faster?

Car Info: Boosted Geo Prizm

Automatics are elec limited. The 5MT is drag limited to 140 or so MPH.
