ECU reflashed after performance exhaust?

I'm wondering with aftermarket performance up and downpipes and catback exhaust, will my current ECU learn the new set-up or is it suggested to get the ECU reflashed?

It is suggested, but If I were you I'd wait to see where you want to go as far as mods.

Thumbs up

I don't plan on doing anything to the engine or trany besides a turbo heatshield and maybe cold-air induction. My suspension is already done. I have Helix up and downpipes now and I'm getting the STI catback this spring from the dealer for $340.

I'd stay away from an intake.

Yeah, there was about a 15 percent chance I was going to get one, but it wasn't anything I really thought I need or want.
