do i need to get my car re-tuned???

i just recently bought a car from out of state.

these are the engine mods:

Cobb Access Port V2
protune (310HP/353TQ)
3" Black Perrin turbo inlet hose
3" Invidia Downpipe
3" Perrin Turboback Exhaust
Prodrive Boost Control Soleniod
DC Sports Header
ACT clutch and ACT lite flywheel
Walbro 255 Fuel pump

the car was origionally tuned for 93 octane, in california we only have 91. so is running 91 going to be a problem seeing as how it was tuned for 93? basically what i am asking is do i need to get my car re-tuned for 91? as far as i know the car seems to be running fine.

my last tank of gas i put in one of those bottles of octane booster, thinking that might help, but i didnt really notice any difference.

Yes...get it retuned.
~$300 for a tune is cheaper than replacing the motor.
