Cruise Control + 5th Gear + ECUTEK = CEL???

Cruise Control + 5th Gear + ECUTEK = CEL???
Has anyone else here with an ECUTEK received a CEL when cruising on the highway using the Cruise Control?
Had it set on 70 mph, doing nothing major at all (so I thought). BAM! CEL. No noticeable events / cuts in power or anything like that to coincide with it.
This is the second time I have got this under these conditions. I know I should get the code pulled but I thought I'd first see if anyone else has seen this at all.
