cobb stage 2 problem

i have an 02 WRX and recently purchased a Cobb accessport v.1. I "installed" the stage 2 map with 91 gas map and have noticed that when i push the car, it hesitates, the RPM indicator kicks up fast (above 3k RPM) but the car doesnt pull. After about a couple seconds I noticed the indicator goes back down and then the car begins to pull. What could be causing this problem?

I have a Perrin pulley, Helix catted DP, STI up pipe, and Perrin Turbo Inlet Hose installed with about 89K miles.

Thanks in advance for any help

Sounds like your clutch is slipping.

I did it myself. It's not so bad, just have another Subaru buddy helpin you out. Plus you'll learn alot about your car that way.

Look into an Exedy Stg. 1 clutch or ACT's.
