Get a ECUtek remap. Totally stealth and stock looking! Not only that you can have them raise the boost too, which saves you from buying a boost controller. Some vendors(like Vishnu) raise the redline a tad also. The reflash alone adds a lot of power for the money. An MBC is great but you need a uppipe and gauges to do it right. That comes out to potentially a lot of money if you dont shop right or have it professionally installed.

Actually, some have problems running with the WRX's ECU, like the Apexi AVC-R. And although it will still increase power, issues with closed loops and timing can arise, so do your homework B4 you buy one.

You want to explain to me how the AVCR doesn't work well on the WRX? I had it and it worked flawlessly. Two of the faster WRX's in Hawaii have or had them and no complaints.
If it didn't work it was due to improper installation or not knowing how to setup up all the options.
