Best ECU for my 98 rs

I'm not a newbie persay, i just don't know anything about engine management. I'm looking for a chip or reflash, to smooth out the curve that i have left choppy with my boltons.

Mods. Intake with MAF adapter, borla header, stromung catback, and some other minor things.

Judging by how the powerband feels, and the popping of the exhaust, there is some power to be had from tuning.

Can anybody give me some suggestions on what could help me out? I don't have any major mods planned for the near future,(maybe a high-flow cat) so it should be suitable for my current mods.

thanks in advance
Luke

A simple Air/fuel controller such as Apex'i S-AFC can help and smooth out the powerbands. Altho its just a piggy-back but it does its tricks.
