To be honest, Shiv has gotten a bad rap on i-Club but he's not alone as far as tuners falling from grace around here.
In 2003, I had a dyno tune at his old shop and a subsequent EcuTek reflash with an off-the-shelf map a little over a year later when I added an additional mod and the engine began to run a little lean as a result. In my experience, Shiv has always been courteous and professional whenever I've had work done. He doesn't know me personally and the only time I've been to his shop is the two times I had work done and I think one dyno day charity benefit (I went for the free food!
).
Vishnu Performance has a much larger presence at http://forums.evolutionm.net/forumdisplay.php?f=85.
Even though Shiv has been at the tuning game for a long time and is really knowledgable, I like the flexibility of the AccessPORT 2.0 device which allows for storage of multiple maps. I believe the EcuTek reflash still has the limitation of only being able to store and use one map. I don't think that Vishnu Performance ever went the Cobb ProTUNER route and just stayed with EcuTek.

i-Speed and Crawford get a bad rap here and on some of the other Subaru boards. I've never dealt with them.
