AP V1 vs. AP V2

Just had a quick question about the cobb access port. What is the main difference between the version 1 and version 2 for the 02-03 access port for the wrx 2.0. I am thinking about getting one in the near future, so I want to make sure I get the correct one. Right now, I have a helix uppipe, titek downpipe and a borla hush exhaust system (no cats). Which one should I invest in to get the most bang for my buck? Also, is there any other engine management system that you all would recommend over the cobb accessport? Thanks for the help.
