AFR help?

AFR help?
i had a cell code on my ap it was p1153. i checked my afr on the freeway and at times it would go as high as 20.4 for about 30 seconds to about a minute. im kind of worried do you think i need to replace my 02 sensor?

my cell came on the second time with the p1153 now with two other codes p0171(system too lean(bank 1) p0420 (catalyst system efficiency below threshold. (bank 1)
does this mean i have a bad 02 sensor?

I changed my o2 sensor and everything is back to working order to more cell code and o have better gas mileage now thanks Ed gor your input
