Unhappy 04/05 Cobb AP compatible???

Hey guys I really need some help on this one, here's the issue:

I recently (around 2 months ago) purchased a cobb accessport V.1 for the 2005 WRX, but my car is a 2004. After loading the AP (Stage II on oct 91) into the WRX, I used the 'check live boost' function and I'm only recieving 8-10psi max. My car is completly stock except for a catted downpipe, catless up-pipe, and exhaust.

What can I do to achieve optimum boost?

TIA,
Jon

I'm not sure with the WRX's, 04 and 05 STi AP's are different. Check Cobb;s website for more info.

I thought with COBB AP's v1 , You were supposed to be specific on the year. not like V2's where all the 2.0L AP's work together and 2.5L AP work togeter and so on.
