Do you have any ej20 already ported heads, or do you require the core? I am in serios need of some new heads.

We don't currently have any cores available, so we would have to work on the heads you bring in.

Thanks

Got two more STI's coming in tomorrow. One with a blown head gasket and another with a Full Race twin scroll setup that we need to modify, fix leaks, and tune!

Sweet!
What psi delta do you run on your clean room?
What kind of HVAC do you use to maintain temps/humidity?

Yeah I'm curious too - though you don't really need a very clean room at all for engine assembly (I worked in semiconductor manufacturing, talk about needing cleanroom *****)

1 mil is 25 microns, and that's on the order of engine block tolerances. Even precision machining goes down to half a mil, 12.5 microns. Class xx/xxx/xxxx/xxxxx cleanroom specs usually deal with <10 micron particles

I doubt the environmental conditions need any modifications - yeah you care about the effects of humidity/pressure/temperature but if you work out the math for all with the dissimilar materials involved, from an engineering perspective the difference is below tolerance thresholds
