Welcome to i-Club, Umi. If you have a subie (or even if you don't), go ahead and fill out the fields in your User CP (Control Panel) options for Car type and Location field (general location i.e. NJ, NY, TX, Bay Area, SoCal, etc. will suffice). Some locations, mainly in CA, have large numbers of i-Club members that meet weekly for fun stuff.
Note also that i-Club's forums have a Search feature that can often locate the answer to questions that are asked fairly often. This can work in specific forums like the WRX Engine Forum, Wheels and Tires Forum, the Brake Forum, etc. or it can search the entire message board using Advanced Search.
