Flashing your hazards means "I win" right?

I pull up at a stoplight and this civic pulls up next to me. About 300 feet after the light, the two lanes merge into one. I can tell he has this 'racing' air about him, so I decide to punch it at the light. I do so, and leave him far far behind me. The speed limit on this two lane road is 50mph, so at about 70 with him like 1/4 mile behind me, I ease off and start going about 65. He starts screaming up behind me, passes me on the right shoulder, gets in front of me, then flashes his hazards then proceeds to make a U-turn and go somewhere else.

Are all civic owners this retarded? Or am I not racing 'correctly'?

When I stop to get my mail by all the boxes, I flash my hazards. When you see my harzards it means "I'm getting mail, don't hit my car"

I finally had an encounter with a semi-smart person in a civic hatchback. He passed me goin about 90 on the freeway then saw me and slowed down. I got in front of him and flashed my hazards. He got behind me and turned off his normal lights just parking lights on so I guess that meant go. In about 8 seconds he turned on his lights again because he couldn't see jack sh*t besides my hazards flashing way ahead of his dumb rolling egg. Then he rolled up to me and said nice car man I was like YEA B*TCH WHAT!... haha jk i said thx and took off.

haha, nice one, one guy in a new Civic SI was driving like a maniac trying to get ahead of me, actually believed he was faster than me, didn't realize I just wasn't gonna cut people off just to catch up to a turtle but once we started getting away from OC and closer to San Diego it opened up all of a sudden and I broke him off something, left him about twenty car lengths behind with the girl he was "impressing" moments before by "beating" a rex.
