I played with a Lotus Elise on those roads...I know my limit, and made sure to keep a safe following distance, while not letting him get away.
This guy, however, sounds like a racist s.o.b. who will one day (hopefully soon) learn the hard way that he's not god's gift to driving. I'll simply laugh when I read his obit in the local paper...or delay the parts order from the body shop who's repairing his beloved WRX because he WRX'd it...because his mommy and daddy think he's "such a good boy" who would never participate in such dangerous and illegal activities.
