And something I got from a chatroom:
"It would take all four of us to wrap our arms around him"
Dont sweat it guys, hes not liked on his own forums either.
Think NORTH BAY, guys.
Lake County has plenty of trails and roads. Think Cow Mtn. OHV recreation area, think the road to Bartlett Springs, among many other roads. If you're into doing that sort of thing,I'm sure we could be easily bribed (lunch) to show you where all the good roads are. In the rain, we were doing around 50-60 on some of them, and sliding through the mud in the corners...WOOHOO!!

And yes, we both gave the turbo the once-over, but didn't know where to specifically look for hairline cracks until we found a thread by DeadBolt on the "other" board.

Simply stated...he said, "Give me a call if you have any issues with the turbo".
I try to call. He dodges the calls, and when I do finally talk to him, he hangs up. Why bother making that kind of statement when you do not intend to back it up?

He refused my invitation. I'd have even sprung for some gas money...just ask jbleee...on the other board.
I sprung for jbleee's gas money up in Oregon when we attended that meet and drive. I admired his driving ability. He listened to my advice, and did even better when he went out the next time.
Unfortunately, vhalin is of the age (where we all were once) where he knows much better than anyone with more life experience, and has to dismiss out of hand any knowledge that is passed on. I truly wish he learns from someone he trusts/admires and can listen to, who has the wisdom and maybe the hard experiences to back up his truth.
The invitation is still open to Infineon, vhalin. I know you're getting rid of the Forester and getting into an "11 second" RX-7, and I'd be interested in knowing what you can do with it.
