What kind of trouble are you having? Are you trying to pass with an aftermarket down pipe if so put the stocker back on. I pass with a hybrid on Cosworth 272 cams with the stock dp no problems.

Dude, that doesn't even begin to cover it. You're not going to pass smog with a rotated turbo setup, you know that right? Not to be rude, but you're probably not going to find the kind of illegal homie hookup that you're gonna need by posting up here.

Either go back to stock for the test, or go make friends with someone who can fake it. Not a whole a lot of options unfortunately.

I talked to my tuner (Mike @ GST) who recommended throw a Gallon of E85 in my Evo to 1/4 tank of 91,and i passed with flying colors and got it to sit nice at a clean idle for 30sec. I was surprised it worked but did!

Hope this helps

Well, if anyone else is going to PM that 2004sti, please PM me as well...

Have a 2004 catless gt3076R, i was under the impression that a stock down pipe could fix this but i was also told it would fit.

Trying to search and source a guide to go back to stock. Any help would be appreciated thanks in advance!

Is it a stock location turbo or rotated setup?

Seems fishy.... TWO new guys asking for similar help? C'mon...you guys have less than 10 posts. Each. My advice is: fit a stock exhaust somehow (cut, tape, glue, weld) and pass...OR go back to stock....
I apologize if you're genuinely looking for help,
