Where to get a new trani?

Blew my trani(2nd gear has no teeth) at an autox on Sun. Anyone know where I can buy a new one(a dealor w/ a fair price) for an 02.
I heard that they changed 7 parts in the 04 or 05 units and they seem to hold up better. True?
Thanks for the help.
Mark

04 trani

Does an 04 just bolt in?
What about using 05+ Legacy GT gears for a rebuild? Supposed to be stronger.
