Question When is the correct mileage to change MT Fluid?

Quick question, when should i change the manual transmission fluid and rear differential fluid? Also what type of fluid do i use and how much of it, capacity?

I know i should look in the warranty manual but my car got broken into and they stole that along with the leather impreza paper holder thingy. Basically they snatched what was in my glovebox.(dumba$$ people)

The manual that came with my 02 recommends you inspect, correct or replace if necessary every 30k. This link will be helpful since your manual was stolen http://www.subaru.com/owners/care/schedules/middle.jsp.

I dont know much about fluids so I cant make a good recommendation but from what Ive read synthetic is bad on syncros so I would stay away from that.
