It happens three times everytime. I let off the gas and it goes womp womp womp. It doesn't make any noise, it's just something you feel.

Is this a problem with the tranny? or should I be worried at all?
What you are experiencing is driveline play. The car has a lil bit of play in all the driveline parts the engine hits it spins up then hits again until it reaches equilibrium.

This is normal on most manual trannys

It is normal indeed. I would recommend easing off the throttle a little more slowly though. This will cut down on the bucking a bit. Normal doesn't always mean good.

Exactly what bassplayrr said. Assuming you have a WRX, it responds much better to rolling on and off the throttle as opposed to stabbing the gas and releasing it. Smooth is better for your car and can be faster.
