try to change my clutch n at the last step(spearate the trans from the engine) it does not spearate!!! i tried pry it, hit it will a 4x6, it does not go any where.

what can i do now?

did you alreayd disconnect the drive shaft? and make sure you didnt miss any bolts on the very top of the tranny case. did you also disconnect your shift **** and shifter from the tranny? when i removed a tranny at wyotech thats what we had to do. other then that i wouldnt know

i did remove evething i need to remove, driveshaft, axles, the frok shaft, i every pull the frok lose!!! thanks anyway

 

I usually leave the clutch separator still connected so I can push the clutch down and disconnect the tans from the engine.

 

finally i did removed by pry the trans hardest i can, between trans n subfram.

well how hard is putting back on? any trick to do it?

 

Putting back on put the trans in gear and turn output at the rear of the trans to get the splines to line up.

everything back on the car, but i try to shift to the 5th it wouldnt go in. i was just sitting in the driver said egine not running and shift around but 5th gear will not go in. anyone know y???
