Trans winding

So does anyone else's trans have a winding noise on deceleration, almost sounds like its the input shaft, when you put in a aftermarket clutch?

yeah, I've always gotten that sound, both when the car was an automatic and a manual

and the pitch changes a little too as you slow down, huh?

Yeah it does, its annoying when you drive next to a wall and the sound will amplify a little bit louder!
