Synth or Dino Transmission Oil?

What's the word on the preferred gearbox oil....2002 WRX 5spd.

I want to change trans oil and rear diff fluid @ 50K.

Go with regular dino, synthetic is too slick for the syncros and you will end up chungling up your tranny with it. Regular dyno + a quart of GM syncromesh will do your tranny a lot better than any synthetic.
