Well after only 113K on my car, my STI Transmission is starting to call it Quits (so much for BULLET PROOF) What I know so far is that one or more bearings is going out, and fifth gear syncro needs to be replaced as of right now I got a ruff estimate of $1400 that's for the parts and labor need so far but they wont know until its torn apart, my question is general should I just rebuild or get used, and if so I'm located in Merced so any info on good shops will help thanks..

 

a rebuild sould be fine with oem parts...good price for a rebuild too!
