STi Lunges and slamming noise when driving up a slight incline

When I have to turn and go up maybe a 35 degree angled hill my car lunges and there is a kind of noise like gear teeth trying to catch and then my car jolts forward. Anyone else get this problem or know what the hell?

Also, when I have to brake hard, there is a sound of gears kind of slamming like for a split second. My brake pedal vibrates and then it goes all the way down....
