Speed in gears
I ended up doing these calculations myself, because I couldn't find it on the net. I think I got them right, but if anyone sees any glaring errors, let me know. Its a little hard to read, but the info is in there. THIS CHART WAS CALCULATED USING A 3.9 FINAL DRIVE FOR ALL TRANSMISSIONS LISTED.
This was calculated using a tire size of 225-45-17, with a diameter of exactly 25 inches.
UPDATE: Some of the 3000rpm and 3500rpm figures seem to be wrong, I've removed them and will redo them.

Here's a relevant thread.

One thing is for sure, I'm going to put a USDM 6mt into my 2003 WRX. After looking at the gear comparos, every time I drive my car now, I'm reminded what a lump of **** the standard box is. Weak, notchy, doesn't like going into first, AND huge gaps between ratios. All this and my car only has 3501 miles on it. Get busy livin' or get busy dyin', I guess.

Whoops, I was supposed to reply to this, wasn't I?
I'm using the stock 3.9 diffs at this point.
The RA gears are very, very nice. First gear is taller, becoming much more usable in racing situations, and the even spacing between gears means that acceleration is smooth all the way up through the gearbox.
