Which Silkolen Oil for the STI transmission?

After lots of reading about transmission oil for the STI 6 speed, I have decided to try Silkolene gear oil. (This is the only oil that I couldn’t find anything bad about) I see that there are three to pick from. (Light75W80, medium85W90, or comp75W80) I was wondering what people are using. Is there any reason I shouldn’t try this oil?
It’s this or the stock Subaru stuff.
Thanks for the help
