Sounds like you clutch is slipping. Is the car an auto or a manual? How many miles do you have on it?

This is happening while you are in gear? Does it happen when you are giving it a lot of throttle like when passing or climbing a hill? If the answer is yes to these questions, It is most likely your clutch slipping, time to shop for a new one.

Typically when a clutch starts going, you first notice it in higher gears, like 5th or 4th. As it gets worse, you will start noticing it in lower gears.

To recap, in different words you're saying:

"I beat the crap out of my car and i have a lot of things that will make them think that i beat the crap out of my car and it's heavily modified. I wonder if i can get them to fix it under warranty"

No. I suggest you not even try it for most likely, they will deny your warranty claim and then you'll come back here all pissed off that they denied you.

Just take the opportunity to get a better clutch in there.

tarak, if you are very very lucky, you can get them to install your supplied clutch parts instead of the TSB shudder parts if you convince them you have shudder. That is only a possibility however if you have an '02 or early '03 rex. Whatever you do, don't complain of slippage. That's not going to be covered under any circumstances, and certainly not on a modded car.
