help.

Whenever I roll from a stop with the steering turning right or left in low speed(making a left or right turn), I felt there is tension on the wheels while moving; in other words, its not moving smooth. I just got this car used (04 STI) so I don't know whats wrong with it or its normal. My car is lowered with Helix coilovers.

Thanks
