I look at it like this (personal experience with all three); I've seen a tranny blown with motul. I've seen a tranny blown with redline, but i haven't seen a tranny blown with neo.

Dam, i just put Motul gear 300 in my tranny the other day, its made a huge difference, but there is still a slight pause between 1st to 2nd gear change(the motul oil decreased this pause by about 50%, but it is still there) while i wait for the syncro's to mesh, and if i force it in faster than this it will crunch.
What ive been trying to find out through all the posts is if this pause between the 1st and 2nd gear change is normal for a suby tranny, because alot of my mates can snap straight into 2nd assif they have a dogbox or sumthin, is it normal? And also will Neo totally get rid of this pause?
