Neo or Redline gear oil - whats the capacity?

Talked to a short track racer friend and he says NEO is better after a routine strip down of their rear end "it doesn't look burnt." Don't know much about the products but am interested in what other Subaru peers are using. I think it's worth the investment considering most of us have added more power to our engine but nothing for the gears.

Anyone know the capacity of the transaxle and rear end?

If you use NEO which one do you use the 75-90HD or 75-90RHD.

If you use Redline which one 75W90NS, Shockproof?
