Kartboy Short Shifter and Bushings (how does it compare to STi OEM?)!

Hi Guys

I guess I am just sick of the standard STi SS. First of all its SO HIGH and the throw is so long. I am in the market for a new LOW short shifter and from what I hear KartBoy is pretty damn good. Listed below is the one I am about to purchase but I wanted to see what other options were out there. If you guys can, please let me know. Kart Boy's website says it lowers it 1 inch but it seems like 1.5-2 inches and also it says it reduces the throw about 40%, if there is anyone who can vouch for that statement, that would be awesome. If you guys have any other suggestions on SS let me know as well.

KB-030-STi - 2004+ STi Lever/Front/Rear Bushings ($ 205.00)

Thank You

-Andrew

I don't have the shifter, but I installed the front + rear bushings for my stock OEM short shifter and they feel pretty good. The shifting is much more crisp and its easier to "find" the gears.
