Kartboy install trick and a linkage question.... or Damn I love my KB!!!!

I removed my, what I can only guess is an eBay bought, short shifter and installed my Kartboy and replaced the bushing that go into the SS with new bushings from my STI short shift kit. Wow I thought it would be similar in feel maybe slightly better, but it really does feel sooo much better. I think the geometertry has soo much to do with it. I also reinstalled my OEM shift **** and took off the MOMO ****. I really like the feel better. I also have the front and rear KB bushings which need to be installed but my apartment ****'s won't let me jack up my car and work on it so I'm going to have LIC do it I think when I do my clutch in the next couple weeks. Well, if Adam has time to install a clutch for me.

Installation sucked untill I read this...

K so my linkage question is... Is the linkage the same on the STI short shift kit and the GC6/GM6 chassis and only the shifter and bushing differ? I've heard yes. I have the STI SSK but don't know if I need to have that installed or not. I think once I get the bushings in I'll be rocking that shifter with the quickness.

cheers
