hey- Does anybody from a place that gets really cold have kartboy bushings in? Am thinking about getting the Cobb stage 1 tranny package, but I remember how hard it was to shift my GT for the first few minutes when it's cold ('bout -10f and below) out.

That has everything to do with the tranny fluid and not the bushings. For me going to synth helped with hard shifting when it's super cold.

It has been down to about -15 here this winter (Iowa). I leave my car outside, no problems or differences at all in the cold with my Kartboy shifter brushings

Peaty is right .... it has more to do with what transmission fluid you use. Ones that are more viscous will be smoother in colder weathers.... I live in Nebraska and switched to 50% Redline synthetic and 50% factory stuff (Castrol) during winter and that really helped .... =)
