kartboy Bushing help with rattleing

Hey friends, Im in a time of need. I just came back from my friends house. We just installed the kartboy poloyurathene bushings. We followed the instructions on scooby mods, My friend baught a huge tq wrench and we set it at 13lbs. He couldnt get the wrench to give a reliable reading because of the small space to work with, but it ended up clicking mabye too tightly . Then we did a oil change on my rex. I changed to moble 1 synthetic. After I finshed i drove the car around and notice this distinct rattleing/ cracking noise when i acclerate partial or full throttle in any gear. The noise continues if i leave the car in gear and let off the gas. The noise disapears as soon as i engage my clutch and put it in neutral. You can hear the noise its loudest in 3.5k and above rpm. We checked the engine bay to see if anything was lose or left behind. Everything seem to be in order. The noise makes my car sound loud and annoying, like an old pos car thats falling apart Please help everyone ~ The kartboy does feel less notchy though...
