How do i strengthen my tranny?

You have dog gears... you can go for that. =) Do a search and you will find a couple different brands. However, I'm not sure after researching that that's the best way. With that amount of horsepower there's going to be a weak link somewhere in the chain. The tranny can potentially be that depending on how you are going to drive it. It seems that it's the launch which causes an intense amount of stress over a small period of time is the culprit. But that makes plenty of sense. Also look at upgrading to the 6-sp tranny but intense launching can still shear some teeth.

The only problem the 5spd has is shock handling. It seems taht its capable of handling some extra torque output, but if you shock it (IE crazy AWD clutch dump) the gears will shear right of.
