Group N Differential bushing install problems
How does one loosen the differential bolts and manuver the diff so as to remove the bushing plate? I am trying to install the group N bushing plate on my USDM 2004 STi and I CANNOT figure out how to remove the bushing plate without dropping the whole differential.
The bolts that go through the rubber bushings run into the CV joints and will not come out. I know I am supposed to loosen the differential subframe to allow the differential to droop - but how?
How do I get the studs on the rear of the differential to clear the holes in the subframe?
If anyone needs a labeled picture to help with this question, email me - I have jpgs and gifs. mbarna@chartermi.net
Thanks
