gear box oil
I am planning to use 2 quarts of neosynthetic and two quarts of GM synchromesh. I am using mobil synthetisc right now and I can't say that I like it too much. It is too slippery for the synchros to wrok properly so I end up having to be extra careful.
If anyone has any suggestions about my mix let me know.

I run Royal Purple Max Gear 75W90 in both the tranny and rear diff. The tranny is 3.7 QTS and the rear end is .8 QTS.

What does everyone thikn of Tranny oil cocktails? Should I try it, or should I just stick with what works? I have this feeling that using two different oils might make them separate and the whole mix won't flow well through the tranny. I am thinking of just using GM synchromesh and leting it be. Unless someone has some other advice for me...
