does a 98 impreza L have a hydraulic clutch???

if so where do i add fluid / bleed fluid? its acting funny....the clutch has plenty of life left but it slips under light acceleration sometimes....its ODD....only under light acceleration, but if i stomp on the gas it clamps tight....help anyone?

Car Info: 2 97 Imprezas And Alot Of Parts.
No it has a cable activated clutch, nothing hydralic about it
