I recently replaced my 4-speed Muncie with a 5-speed Tremac. Along with the swap was a McLeod clutch. Prior to the swap, I had real good power off the line (burning rubber in 1st and 2nd was no problem). Now it feels like my clutch is dragging when I jump on it. I can't burn rubber in any gear and there is a distinct "burning clutch" smell. Do I have a bad clutch or does it need adjusting? The whole thing was installed by a local garage. I'm sure I can take it back to have them look at it but would like a little education first. Hopefully it's something I can fix myself.
