clutch stopped slipping

Let me start off by saying thanks for any help you give!!

My clutch began slipping about 6-8 weeks ago, from 2nd gear all the way through. I dont drive the car much so I waited to change it so that I can save and buy a new clutch kit.

Last week I ordered the clutch, while waiting for my clutch I went out for some spirited driving over the weekend. long story-short, the clutch is not slipping anymore and it is grabbing perfectly even on full boost.

Just for info, the only thing I can figure is that before it began working again I adjusted my seat closer to the steering wheel and I sink the pedal even more than I usually did. also that weekend I accidently grinded the hell out of 4th gear. other than that I dont know what it could be.

I have an 05 wrx with a 5mt. and it is an oem clutch.

all I want to know is. do i have a bad clutch or where do I begin to look (maybe some type of cable?)

THANKS!!
