Clutch shock at start up

I got a problem... When I start my car, it shocks the clutch. I can actually feel the engine turn.. and I noticed if I give it a quick rev, I can feel the engine budge my clutch pedal.

Any help? Am I tripping (wear and tear, needs new flywheel and clutch..)?
