Clutch feels slippery on a rainy/cold morning?

Hey guys, Its been raining alot lately in my area and I noticed something with my clutch. the issue only happens starting off in 1st gear from a dead stop. it feels like the clutch is "slippery" like there's water on the flywheel surface its jumpy and not smooth kinda feels like I have racing clutch.. the problem seems to go away with more driving or as the day warms up.

I understand one of the symptoms of a worn clutch is "slippage" during acceleration with my case I dont have any. the symptoms dont seem to be consistant with a typical worn clutch. any other ideas guys?

btw i have 23k on my 07 Sti
