Change DCCD while driving?? What speed is okay?

I've never really known this.....I like to change the DCCD from full lock in snow to auto when driving and vice versa.....

But what speed is this okay to do? Should I be completely stopped?

Anyone know?

from what I remember, any speed below 50mph is ok, I don't think you have to be stopped, it's in the manual, I'll check when I get home.
